Retreat Rules

To maintain a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for all participants, please adhere to the following rules:

1. No Vandalizing – Treat the space and surroundings with care.

2. No Stealing – Respect others’ property; theft will not be tolerated.

3. No Fighting – Violence of any kind is prohibited. Respect each other's space and perspectives.

4. Clean Up After Yourself – Please leave common areas tidy and dispose of trash properly.

5. Participate – Engage in activities and contribute to the retreat atmosphere.

6. No Outside Visitors – Do not bring anyone who is not part of the retreat.

7. Treat Others the Way You Want to Be Treated – Kindness, empathy, and respect are key values.

8. Be Respectful of Staff – Staff members are here to support and guide you. Treat them with courtesy.

9. No Drugs – Illegal drugs are prohibited. *Marijuana is permitted in certain instances.

10. No Smoking Inside - All Smoking is to be done outside with doors closed.

11. No Discrimination – We embrace diversity. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

12. Respect Equipment and Personal Property – Take care with all shared resources and others' belongings.

13. Keep Up with Hygiene – Maintain good personal hygiene, as we are all sharing spaces.

Accountability Policy

At Vybes Community Inc., we strive to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for all participants. To maintain the integrity of our creative retreat and ensure that everyone can enjoy their experience, we ask that all attendees follow the rules and treat the property and fellow participants with respect.

Damages, Theft, and Rule Violations:

• Property Damage: If you accidentally or intentionally damage any property, including but not limited to accommodation, furniture, art supplies, or common areas, you will be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

• Theft: Any form of theft or taking items that do not belong to you will not be tolerated. Stealing from other participants, staff, or the retreat space is a serious violation of our community values.

• Violation of Retreat Rules: Participants are expected to follow all retreat guidelines as outlined prior to and during the event.

Violations

If you are found to have:

1. Damaged property,

2. Stolen items, or

3. Violated retreat rules as stated above,

   you will be subject to a charge for each individual violation.

   
   

A violation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be used to cover repair, replacement, or administrative costs associated with the incident.*A minimum charge of $100 will be applied for each violation. Additional costs may be assessed based on the severity of the damage, theft, or rule infraction.

Final Decisions: All violations will be reviewed by our retreat staff or management team. If necessary, you may be asked to leave the retreat immediately, and no refund will be provided. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful, productive, and enjoyable environment for all participants, and these policies are in place to help achieve that.

Acknowledgment: By registering for and attending this Creative Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies.
